Normalize light intensity: Where can I find it?

I was reading through the help files and found the section about the normalize intensity parameter of vray lights. It is even described in the example-section: http://help.chaosgroup.com/vray/help...les_lights.htm

But, where can I find that option?

It was renamed to "No decay"... I need to fix that page.

Oh, I see. I always thought that no decay, well, just turned off decay. Meaning that the light gets cast infinitely across the scene.
