Self illuminated panel reflections

I'm having some trouble with the reflections from these red self-illuminated panels. They just look weird. Seems to dark.

The red panels are a standard material with an output map in the diffuse color slot (see below), and the floor is a VrayMat. My color mapping type is HSV Exponential.

try lowering the value of the reflection on the floor / adding some falloff or glossy reflection. it's a bit too shiney IMO

I think color mapping really screws with self illuminated materials. try not using color mapping and see if it changes.
