  • Vray dome + hdri - light subdivision

Hello, is normal that i set the subdivision of dome with an hdri to 80/120 for haven't noise in the render elements? for example in Vray raw lighting?
Without hdri i usually set the subdivision to 65 maximum.

    Hi,

What is the quality of your beauty pass? Is it noisy too?
Would it be possible to post few render examples, the beauty one and raw lighting, for an example?

You need to follow the correct process for removing noise

Set adaptive to 1/80 and clr threshold to .01

Then set HDR to 256 subdivisions.
Don't check Raw lighting, the normal lighting is better to gauge noise as it's been filtered.

I'd explain more but I've been crazy busy!
