  • How to convert multi vrimg into a single vrimg?

    Hello,
I start a rendering in progressive mode.
The render is not finish but enough details to start my draft Post processing with it, while the progressive render continue.
Unfortunalty, it seems that the progressive mode keep the vrimg into memory instead of writing it on disk.
Save from VFB-> only two channel (alpha + RGB)
Save from VFB to multiple channel-> all channel are split

So, I'm looking for a way to get my multichannel back into a single vrimg or exr either by a small program or by a trick into the VFB (I may have miss something)
    Thanks

A somewhat circuitous way is to save the image to the VFB history and pick the .vrimg file from there. However, we really need three saving modes for the VFB: save only current selected channel, save all channels to one file, save all channels to separate files.

    Best regards,
    Vlado

+1, save all channels to one file button

I just had a exr fail to save, but I have the VFB open so I could manually save it again... just can't save a multichannel file from the VFB.
