Hi,
When I purchased Vray from Trinity3d I got a pretty extensive material library from them which has some really great materials.
Problem is, I was told by them that these materials were designed to be used with LUT/Gamma turned off.
I've been doing most of my learning with gamma/LUT on and set to 2.2
When using these materials, like the Maple Almond floor, they don't look anything like they're supposed to, (with gamma on), and I'm having trouble figuring out what adjustments need to be made.
I've substituted the colors in the mix with vray colors and copied and pasted the original colors to the diffuse buttons. But they're still way off and my bitmap isn't showing up at all. Just a solid color.
My UVW map is set as they suggested, at 36", but there is no detail for the hardwood bitmap.
