  • Saving Image Files with Vray VFB

So if you use the Vray VFB and also try and save out files using the render dialog's "Render Output Save File", you get a warning saying that the output files will be ignored as long as you use the vray VFB. Is there any way to output image files and still use the vray VFB? Or do you have to turn off the Vray VFB to save a sequence of images using Output Settings?

We actually need to remove that warning; things will work fine anyways.

    Best regards,

I usually don´t use the vfb for final renderings. Just gave it a try but it won´t save render elements ?

If you activate the render elements you will get the warning saying that the VFB will render these. Then head over to the VFB rollout in the render settings and at the bottom of the VFB tab you will see the save render channels options. Make sure this is ticked and a path is set and it will render all your channels as normal.
