reflectance value to in a V-ray material? Needs to be accurate

Client has requested a specific type of roofing iron, http://www.nze.co.nz/colour_swatch_l...cote_basic.php

How would I go about simulating the reflectance values listed on these colours in V-ray? In this case, eyeballing it isn't going to be good enough apparently.
