VrayVRMatMtl - How does it work?

When I click on anything on the vray material editor window, it crashes.

What is 3ds Max CER?

The window that comes up and prompts you to send the crash data to Autodesk.

I don't have.
Sometimes crashes with my right-click on Standard Material or Vray Material.
Few times crashed with mouse (wacom stylus) moving around window. Didn't know the issue so thought it might be because of Nvidia driver but it is upto date.
