Matte objects appearing in Render Elements

Hey,

Matte objects, which render as black holdouts in the beauty, are appearing with color in the render elements. This is a total deal breaker, when I composite it back together i'm getting loads of artifacts in the anti-aliasing.

I'm going to one of those guys and bump this, I see this causing lots of issues on the job i'm working on.

It seems that this is a bug with Wrapper material - works from vray-object properties.
We'll update our database and we'll update this thread when have a a fix about it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm seeing this with any material, as long as 'matte object' is ticked under vray object properties.

Actually the workaround using the matte option from V-Ray object properties should work for all 3.x builds. Is it possible to post one simple scene?

First I would update to 3.00.07 before you declare everything broken. But interesting problem, def needs to be fixed this is still the case.

There are a lot of fixes added to the latest 3.x service packs. As Thomaskc suggested, please update your V-Ray version to the latest one available 3.00.07 and make a test render again.
