You can use the WireColor as an element to edit a video?. As when used in Photoshop?

You can, but not as easily as in Photoshop. Needs a bit of messing around with different layers & colour keying, track mattes, etc.
Might be an easier way?

WireColor is not for masks... its better if you use the proper approach.
