I would like to know How to operate RT in this move.

To do this, set the environment variable'm right?
Is there any additional parts in 3ds Max to set?

Ideally this should be all. Also you need to set V-Ray (or V-Ray RT) as the production renderer and enable the frame buffer there. For newer builds, this mode will be enabled by default.
