  • VraySSS2 Raytraced?

Am curious, not much is said on the docs about the "Interpolation Accuracy" on this shader?? am guessing is how accurate the the SSS is?? not sure also curious on what controls the quality of the SSS when its set to raytraced?? there seems to be some noise looking at the SSS pass when it renders?? any insight?

The interpolation accuracy is only valid for the prepass mode and the object-space mode and it determines how accurately to estimate the sss effect from the point samples in the illumination map. However the raytraced mode does not use an illumination map - instead it just has a "subdivs" parameter which controls the amount of noise, like with everything else.

    Best regards,
