  • How do I get VRay textures to show in compact material editor?

I have 2 VRay slots in my slate material editor. The one with VRayHDRI doesn't not show up in Compact material editor. Only the VRayMtl files are there.
I tried to open the material library to load it but I can't find where it's located. Help.
    Thanks,
    Phil

    Get material > from scene
Or just drag it there from your dome light or environment
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

Thanks Morne but I was wanting to get the whole material library in the compact material editor. Not just the one material. Just trying to figure out where it's located on my drive.
You see in the slate I have 2 VRay libraries. But in the CME I only have one. .mats

Slate Editor is a bit more advanced and it shows the material and texture nodes in the same window.
Compact Editor shows only the nodes that could be connected to the one you've clicked, so for example if you click on a material node the Material/Map browser will show only material nodes and if you click on texture node it will show only texture nodes.
