I need a good source for learning sIBL-GUI

This program seems like the way to go for using HDRI lighting in scenes but I can't seem to get it to work right and I don't know where to go for support.
The forum community at HDR labs doesn't have a whole lot of activity. Does anyone have any suggestions for how/where I might get some questions answered on the subject.

That's not sIBL. He's talking about a different thing altogether.

As I mentioned on the CGArchitect forums, I can't see a single advantage over using a normal HDRi workflow.
