NPR render

Hello, Vray is well know for the photo realistic render but I'm willing to try out some non photo-realistic render and more particularly mimic the style of mix color paper pen and shadow hatch used in the 18 century.
Is it possible using Vray to achieve such result just by playing with shader? Can we replace the shadow by hatch for example?

Yeap this is possible via VrayOverrideMtl(Shadow Mtl). Here is a quick sample:
