Color vs Noise

While using the Universal method, what are the pro's and con's of using the color threshold over the noise threshold, or vice versa? The noise threshold seems to render faster and just as clean with the same number.

Yes, with the universal method, there should be no difference whether the color threshold is locked to the secondary one.
