Has anyone used Vray and Viz 2005 together succesfully? I would assume you would need to use Vray built for Max 6 since Viz 2005 is a derivative of max 6. Can anyone confirm or argue this?

viz 2005 is exactly the same as max minus a few features such as particle flow reactor etc etc. Some people have already mentioned that it does work fully -
viz 2005 is the same as max 6 sp 1.....obviously minus all the max specific features..

Yes, Vray for max6 is working here in VIZ 2005 as well as it does in max. No issues.
