What's the standard procedure for getting rid of flicker on reflective/transparent objects? I am using LC/BF for this animation.

is the reflection interpolated? there should not be flicker like irmap when using bf/lc. Or is it just grainy? show us a small clip maybe?

Is light cache your main pass and brute force your 2ndary?

Maybe you have 2 faces right on top of eachother? A z fighting issue?

        Hello,

Please send us your scene on support@chaosgroup.com.
Also it would be helpful if you post some clip.

Turns out it was an issue with some bad geometry. Damned Turbosquid models. Coincident faces, and open edges and such. The entire model has these issues, but it only causes problems where there's transparency, which is understandable.
