  • Unreal engine post-production style, with V-ray. (not a "real-time" thread).

    Hi all,

I must say that I like UE 4, not necessarily for the real time rendering, but for the post-processing effects, which are real-time! crazy.

I've been doing some research on adding haze or ozone, bloom and lens flares at render time.

I'm talking just for a still image.
I can't figure out what the best way to do this would be. May be someone else is interested in sharing and figuring this up with me?

    What I know so far:

    - I remember using dreamscape like 10 years ago. It worked really nice with vray. But now it seems that afterworks (or sitni sati) abandoned that plugin. Expensive too.
    - E-on has Ozone. But my experience with their software was really not good. Extremely buggy and it messes up my 3ds max installation.
-Vray environment fog. Too...manually done, and slow AFAIK. Not a solution.
    - After effects: can't it be done in max like with Vue?

3D lens flares: I found nothing at all. Any way to do this in Max compatible with vray?

    Thanks!
    Guido.
