Save exr promt in 2015?

Hi,
just recently moved to MAX 2015 so not sure if it's related to it. But now when I save to exr I get a nice a nice prompt window(did not have it on 2009) where I can add render elements. I just wanted to try this but it triggers only the first time I save in a certain project, so in this scene it already triggered once and it won't trigger this window again, and on save window there is no configure button. What am I missing?

I suppose that you are using the native max output option.

Do you mean the EXR setup window :

Yes, but when I go to VFB tab, click browse there, my output looks like attached.

If you use the native 3DS Max output function and choose exr file format, it will show the exr setup window.
In case that you use the VFB raw image output settings, it will show the V-Ray file output window and you will be able to choose between several options: 32bit output, Deep EXR and Dot delimited number.
The last two are only available in version 3.
