  • strange border on window glass render

I can't seem to figure out what is causing this funky border in my french Door glass when rendered.
Notice near the top of the French Door in the render where there is a weird transition in the glass.
I have vray plane lights in both windows, (on the right), but no plane light in the door in this render. Only a vray dome light with an HDR image for the exterior background and lighting.
I tried deleting the glass, deleting the vray plane lights in the windows on the right. Nothing changed. Could be something in the model which was imported from a Revit project. But I cant find anything.
I'm in Max design 2015 and Vray 3.0

Here's a screenshot of the scene Bruce.
It's not the glass or the HDR image because I switched those out and still have the same effect.
        Thank You

What's that blue line doing on the outside of the door? It looks like it is some bit of floating geometry that seems to line up with where your glass problem is appearing?

If you are referring to the white strip at the top of the doors that's the HDR image getting cut off. I had this same problem not too long ago and if I remember its something funky going on with the HDR on the dome light where it gets cut off about 10% above the horizon I think it was an HDR in a Dome light and in the Environment background didn't play well together, setting dome light to invisible I think fixed it for me. Ill try to run a test later to replicate it if that was what you were asking about.

Thank You Syclone1. Setting the dome light to invisible did correct the problem.
