  • Camera match...

    hey guys,

I've got an image that I'm trying to add a couple of mezzanine floors to, but the problem is that it's a composite of 4 images (to get such a wide angle) so I'm wondering what the best way of matching the picture would be?

I've thought I could re-create exactly what I did on site and take several renders that line up with the original photo's and run them through the same process, or I could try and match it in the vray camera using the distortion controls, though I'm not entirely sure that i'll be able to do it this way because it was stitched together in post. Alternatively I just try and match it as best as possible and just warp in photoshop after?

I'd try and undistort the image first so that your lines are straight - it'll expand the image heavily. Align a camera to the new position in vray, render your image and redistort back to the original bendy version.
