AEAF ... anyone going??

Did you get to go to the AEAF?
This year was pretty interesting I thought.
We got to speak to many of the presenters, the guys from Tippett, Sector3, ILM and PDI.

They were nice guys and very interesting to talk to. Hope you guys enjoyed it as much as we did.

There were some amazing things shown, especially by the Weta guys, but I missed the entire presentation because we were still preparing our material. One of the other guys told us all about it.

I don't believe there was any new ground breaking technology, but more delevopment on existing stuff, and pushing the tools to the limit.
Shrek 2 was awesome, not just from a technological perspective, but the story is really funny and the visuals even more stunning than the previous.
