I am getting pretty good results with these quick settings, but I am still getting some noise.

I don't want to go higher with the AA quality, and the GI seems to be right, so where do I go with the Shading Quality? I am a little unclear on how that works, but what I read is it will ultimately control your scene noise. Also, I read that going over 8 is moot however I have also read you should be between 20-40 for interiors.

    Thanks!

I'm starting at 8, see what happens and I will go from there. Earlier, I got all the way up to 40 and I wasn't seeing anything but increased render times.
