Did anyone of you notice any change in the way max is handling the gamma correction? in max 2014 (which didn't change in the 2015 version) there's an issue, which can cause darker bucktes on slaves while DR if you hook up the textures in a standard way. the solution is using the vrayHDRI texture...
There are always some silent fixes noone mention while introducing a new version...
As vlado mentioned in one of my "problem threads" here - its not a vray problem, its an AD issue and they need to address this. I'm still on max 2014 and thinking about to update max - but not for the "oh so new features" but the hope, they solved the old hickups...
