  • passes switch in V-ray?

    Hello,
I was trying to quickly turn off transparency to make test renders, but could not find any way, without changing the materials which uses transparency.

Is there a flag i can turn off for transparency in V-Ray? Or Max 6 for what it matters?

    Thank you

    regards,

    Gio

You'll find it in the VRay :: Global Switches rollout.
    Turn off reflection/refraction.

Thank you, that was not it, but it made me look in the right spot.
I needed to set transp levels to 0.

Interestingly, the objects were opaque, but the shadows were still as if they were transparent.

Probably I also need to un-check "transparent shadow" under the light settings...

      Thank you again,

      Regards
