Can't USE XEON / NOT RELIABLE

i didnt say that my problem was solved, i finally was able to flash my BIOS, the rest will require few days of testing.

There is nothing to test to make sure that it defenetly fixed, as i said, its just not reliable sometimes, crashes accure every little while. Especially with MAX6 and Ps Cs.

basicly yes...just update...and make sure to reset bios to default and switch on ht. ht is suppose to work fine with any motherboard that supports xeon 512k or 1mb cache. but you should check the motherboard' website...

crashes usually happen when a combination of 1gb fizikal ram + 1gb virtual memory is being used...try to switch to the 3gb switch...but the problem is that you cant update your windows xp too sercvice pack 1...if you do, the 3gb switch wont work...

if i were you... i would update the bios and re install win xp...

Ok when i have time i will check the bios and try an update, windows is already running in 3Gb mode so i won't update windows.
