Less reflection and a dirt map should do the job

You can put it in the diffuse channel with an alpha and start playing with the diffuse value.Sorry i don't have time to make an example for you but with a little experimentetion you can get a nice result.Hope i helped a bit.

A perfect mirror would have a black diffuse I believe because it absorbs no light. Problem is all the light you get off a mirror is reflective caustics, that could take a while.

hmm if you want a nice mirror like in a bathroom, then you dont want a dirtmap. and you do want full reflection.

I would say for a clean highly reflective mirror your settings are fine.

If you wanted a crack mirror in a rundown old mansion (for example) then you would want to lower the relection abit and dirty it up. But apart from that what u got is fine.

But like i said, it all depends on the type of mirror you want and where its placed.

Correct me if im wrong, but once you have a fully reflective material doesnt the diffuse color become irrelevant? Obviously once it drops below fully reflective then it starts playing a part.
