  • New build 1.45!

    Hi! New build rocks!!!

Just a question: why, if I want to save the G-Buffer 'Z-value' with the new built-in frame buffer, Vray always save only the 'Alpha channel' ?

    P.S. I have selected 'Z-value' in the G-Buffer option

There are still a few known issues with the VFB and channels, but they are being worked on. It is still a beta after all

You should send a bug report to vray@chaosgroup.com to make sure they know about this.

The only way to save the z-buffer currently is if you save the 3dsmax frame buffer to a RLA or RPF file.

      Best regards,

          Yes you missed something

its the internal beta for the upcomming vray 1.5 version.

but right now actual internal isnĀ“t anymore 1.45, but 1.45.65
