Hi all,
Maybe this is already somewhere on the forum, but i've encounterd something.
When i set sample lookup to precalculated overlapping my renders are faster. But when rendering an irradiance map for an animation on medium settings i get an unknown error returned by our render slave. When i switch back to nearest quad balanced the machine renders just fine. Is this supposed to be this way or is there something wrong with my scene, i've had this with different scenes.
I also don't understand exactly what sample lookup does, i've seen this in some settings on the forum and i thought i might give it a try.
Hope someone can explain this to me.
Thanks in advance,
Erik
