hi, i have installed 3d max 2014. now i am going to install vray 2.0. is this vray 2.0 compatible to use in 3d max 2014? ( it's vray 2.10, not any higher version )

No, you have to download and install V-Ray 2.x for 3DS Max 2014. Please see my reply on your other thread here:
