  • Vray fog using a atmos gizmo - How do I uvw map it ?

I have the above set up. If I try and use a gradient to change the fog colour it tiles at the wrong place. I thought the gradient would start at the top and go to the bottom of the gizmo. Is the only way to alter this to alter the offset and tile amounts ?

There is a bug actually in the way that "Planar from Object XYZ"mapping works. Until we manage to fix it you can manually adjust the tiling and map position using all of the parameters responsible - offset X/Y; Tiling X/Y
Unfortunately there still be an issue if you are going to animate the object position.
