V-Ray Material Converter

Hi guys,
For one of my projects I need to convert my vray scene materials to standard materials. Any good suggestions what plugin I can use, to do this with one mouse click.
I'm still working in 3dsmax 2014.

Thanks Morne for the tip. I've used VRayMtlConverter v2.5 already in the past. But the downside is that not all materials are converted. i'm still wondering why this tool wasn't upgrade since it's release in 2007..
And yes you can use it in max 2014-2015, but still there no better solution?
