Running Backburner server and the Vray Spawner at the same time?

I have 10 computers being used as Backburner servers that crank out strips during the day. Can those computers run the Vray Spawner at the same time? The idea being they'll pick up buckets when not busy doing strips. Would this cause conflict, errors, etc?

It's fine

They can even render at the same time (although much slower obviously)

All my slaves on both of my farms run BB and the V-Ray DR spawner at the same time and no problems, I sometimes have the RT spawner running as well
