VrayFurStyler for newer max versions

There was a great little tool to 'brush' vrayfur - VrayFurStyler
I tried to find the version for max 2016, but the only thing i see is for max 9-2013. I tried to use the latest version from the archive, but it gives error on load.
Would it be possible to update it?
