  • Slave version: How to find it easily

Hello, I'm struggling to find the vray version of the slaves.

Can somebody link me to a tool that can easily recover this info in one click?

    Thanks

If you have access to max UI you can type in vrayversion() in maxscript to see the version.

Otherwise, start a BB render, it will be printed in BB server logs

Might be in some other places like if you start RT server I think it might print it in the cmd as well

        Thanks,
Is DRcheck tool running from the main workstation to gather all the slave info?
Or should I run this tool to all the slaves?

You can use it on your workstation to find the version of a particular running slave.
