How to registered vray spawner as service under win8

Hello, it sound stupid, but I'm unable to find the shortcut to register the vrayspawner as a service on this Win8 OS.
As the start menu is not there anymore, I have a look to the Home screen too, but there is no shortcut there.

I can suggest two options:
*) use the Search option and search for : Register V-Ray spawner service
*) open the explorer and navigate to:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Chaos Group\V-Ray Adv for 3ds Max 2016 for x64\Distributed rendering\Administration
where the shortcuts are saved.
