VRay and Renderman Comparison

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to ask the community some questions about V-Ray in comparison to Renderman?

What is the difference between the VRay Hair and Pixar one?
Does VRay Hair shader have duel scattering?
Does Vray have Bidirectional Path Tracing?
