photorealistic skin sss material

Hi there vray people! I am wondering if anyone has managed to find a really nice setting for a vray skin material. I have tried a few different meathods, but can not successfully find a nice setting. I understand you might need to not use the interpolation setting. Does anyone know a good setting or a nice tutorial. I've searched the net for some sss tutorials on skin, but there are only a few wax ones.
