Hi i have a question about photons

When you use photons can you use 3ds max lights together or only vray lights im wondering because im doing a scen with indoor lights on and i need spotlights to lit them but i can not do that with vray lights.

you could use photometric light and set them to spotlight..or use approriate ies files..

yes you can, but you need to set them to inverse square falloff and light multiplier of about 10.000. Maybe you should follow the tutorial that Vlado wrote a while back. you can find the link on vray.info
