Does anybody know how to change the format on one´s camera ?

What I´m looking for is my final rendered image - the format of it !! I would like to have my rendered image in a slim format something like a letterbox format !
I´ve tried to change the pixel aspect in the common renderer dialog box but it doesn´t seem to do the job ! At the same time I can´t seem to find a solution in the camera´s modifier !!!!!

I´m sure it´s REALLY simple - if you know how to do it !!!!!!!

    Thanx - and be good,

    fairly easy...

Go into the render panel, and just change the image render size. Its doesnt really have anything to do with the camera.

Change the image aspect to 1.778 this will give you proper 16:9 widescreen. Then just width to increase the overall size of the render.

You can increase the image aspect to make it more or less widescreen/letterbox. Or you can manually enter the dimensions in the width and height fields.

When you in the camera view, right click on the word Camera in the top left of that viewport and click on "show safe frame"

        Thats it
