Seperate SelfIllum channel?

Is it possible to render JUST a selfillum channel?

I didn't think I need one so didn't add one. After a HUGE render, turns out I need it but I don't want to wait for ANOTHER huge render.
It's a couple of tv screens, computer screens, glowing light bulbs etc. It's in XREFS etc so its a bit complicated to use render "selected"

why dont you just turn off all lights and GI, then render. youll get the selfillum, and its reflections and refractions. or turn those off too and get a fast render. .
