.vrmat converter - Reversed version?

Hi all

It's great that we have a vrmat converter in Max, but it would also be great if it worked both ways! I have bunch of vrmat materials that I want to convert to VRayMtl materials. Is there a tool like that already hidden in some menu or does anybody have a script for it?
