Vray RT and Dual Video Cards

Can Vray RT take advantage of a dual video card configuration, or will RT just siphon the GPU's from one card?

Yes, it can. It does not need SLI or anything it does that by its own. By default RT GPU will use all the devices it can find, but this can be configured from the RT GPU settings tab. You can check the FAQ and this from.
