How to made this 'glow' effect bigger?

This anim has taken from bake3d. It's any chance to do this effect bigger? Maybe any way in other app? (like photoshop or something)

There isn't a setting in Bake3D to do that. Are you getting black lines when you reapply the map? If so it's the alpha that you need to get rid of or modify.

Why do you want the glow affect bigger??

The only reason bake 3d does that is so that it can hide and visible seams if they show up. Is that the problem you are having?
