matrix effect with sandblaster ?!?

Hello,

I build a szene with the sandblaster plugin. Partikles fly to a bulding. Now i want to stop the partikel flow at a szene to get the "matrix effect". The camera should zoom out of the szene at this time. Now my question:
How can i stop the Partikle-flow at a special time so that i can zoom out with teh camera ?
