  • Revit Model

I have a Revit model, however, most of everything is attached to each other. It seems the materials are the same, each part of the model is using a different material id, so the same wall needs a dozen materials to work with the material id's. I tried the SU script to separate the model by material, but it's not doing anything. Any tips?

Had a same kind of model 2 weeks ago. Huge (80 k objects) Almost no materials. I ended up doing everything manual. How did you import?

Materials ID's are all goofed up. I spent a good 1/2 day, but thought there has to be a better way, so I started over. This time I linked, then bound, and combined by material. Everything came in perfect and I texture mapped the whole building in a 1/2 hour.
