  • Steps to follow in the accomplishment of a work ......

Next I am going to expose a "problem" with which I often am at the time of making works 3D, and although directly it is not related to the Vray, I consider that it can be of will grán interest for which we frequented this forum. ¶

It wanted to know since you at the time of making a work for a client do, because I have had some bad experience and I would like to know your form to act. ¶

I talk about to the fact of knowing if you make some written document, type contract signed by both parts, to formalize the work, because I have made works without papers of by means and this I create is a bad form to act (I suppose that she will have passed you to some of you). ¶
Of being thus it would be or which you oriented with some sample or rough draft to us of which in that "contract" you expose. ¶

Thank you very much by everything and I hope that this post is used for something. ¶

          speaking of...

egz: Yes, a contract example to know by where to begin

Natty: Some small works can be made without contract, I can understand it, i myself I do it thus (although I believe that is bad practice), but when we spoke of "BIG" projects the thing changes and then some document is necessary that jeopardizes to both parts, because I already have had very bad experiences on the matter and I do not want to repeat them

Check out this series of articles by David Wright on Cgarchitect, they go into some fair detail with some excellent advice..

            http://www.cgarchitect.com/upclose/DW/default.asp

Also there is a lot of discussion on their forums in various threads about pricing, fee, price, and contract.

            Good luck..
