I have a photograph that I have applied as a texture to a plane.
My scene isn't using GI, but does have a couple of lights knocking around (a vraysun, a vray ambient light etc).
How do I make this material (this object?) display in render with the brightness of the photo texture and not be influenced by exposure on the camera or lights that are in the scene? I have put the photograph in the diffuse slot and copied it into the self illumination slot. This is far too bright, so I am playing around with the multiplier of the self illumination slot to get it 'about right'.
Isn't there a way to tell a material to just render at its default brightness?
