Gear VR Tour Creation Apps

Does anyone know what apps are out there to create tours for the Gear VR? I'm thinking of something like KRPano where you can add hot spots and info to the images. I know that KRPano does support the GearVR via the web but can you use what it creates in an offline mode? Or is there a better way to create a tour that maybe is just works a standalone app on your phone?

The 360 Photos viewer does the job pretty well, but it's a bit annoying that you have to keep turning off the auto-slideshow. Does anyone know if you can customize the Oculus 360 photo app so that your renders pop or or are on the start screen background?

I spoke with the folks at 3D Vista (http://www.3dvista.com/) a while back and they said VR tours for Android/Gear VR were coming soon, so you might give them a yell...their desktop VR tours seem to be pretty cool...hotspots and all that...

We're currently considering selling our tools. It's a few small pieces of software we wrote that generates clean apps for android. it's a bit awkward to use though and the work needed to make it accessible would probably eclipse any benefit from selling it.

With some research I've landed on the Unity route. Though I have no time to develop anything at the moment but it seems pretty straight forward.
